Originally, Michaels was married to Theresa Wood from 1988 to 1994, but their relationship ended in an amicable divorce. Then, he married former WCW Nitro Girl Rebecca Curci in 1999.

Still, together to this day, the couple has two children as of now: Cameron Kade and Cheyenne.

In 2002, Michaels became a born-again Christian. After being raised a Catholic, the wrestler became a non-denominational Christian because of his current wife.
