Ulrich Alexander Fox was born in July of 1969 in Toronto, Ontario to parents Ulrich and Dianne Gerace. Notably, his mother was an Olympic high jumper and women’s pentathlete.

After being released in the summer of 1997, the Los Angeles Lakers signed Fox. The Canadian played a key role in the Lakers’ success in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Impressively, Fox helped the team win three championships during his tenure.
